The Shanghai International Optics Fair continues to be one of the leading international exhibitions for the optical industry, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, and technology providers from across the global optical market.

This year, Rotlex participated in the exhibition and welcomed visitors to our booth N2B85, where we presented our advanced metrology technologies for ophthalmic lens manufacturing and quality control.

Showcasing the Full Lens Quality Control Process

At the Rotlex booth N2B85, visitors were introduced to the concept of the complete quality control cycle for optical lenses.

Rather than focusing on a single measurement point, Rotlex solutions are designed to support manufacturers across multiple stages of the production process, from lens manufacturing to final inspection.

During the exhibition, the booth presentation illustrated how measurement technologies support the inspection of:

  • Contact lenses throughout the full QA cycle

  • Spectacle lenses and optical components

  • Precision optical surfaces and molds

This approach reflects the growing need for reliable measurement solutions that help manufacturers maintain consistent optical performance while improving production efficiency.

Live Demonstrations and Industry Interest

Throughout the exhibition, the Rotlex team demonstrated measurement systems directly at booth N2B85, allowing visitors to see the technology in action.

Manufacturers and industry professionals stopped by to learn more about how advanced metrology systems can improve inspection workflows and support modern production environments.

These discussions highlighted the increasing demand for accurate, automated, and reliable optical measurement technologies.

Strengthening Connections in the Asian Optical Market

Participation in SIOF 2026 also provided an opportunity to reconnect with partners and meet new companies within the rapidly growing Asian optical market.

The exhibition continues to serve as an important platform for exchanging ideas, exploring new collaborations, and understanding the evolving needs of optical manufacturers.

Looking Forward

Rotlex remains committed to supporting the optical industry with advanced measurement solutions designed to improve quality control, efficiency, and reliability in lens manufacturing.

We would like to thank everyone who visited us at booth N2B85 during SIOF 2026, and we look forward to continuing the conversations that began in Shanghai.
