Contest MP is built for batch processing, inspecting between 12 to 50 lenses per cycle in wet or dry conditions. With a scan time of approximately 4 seconds per lens, it sustains high throughput while preserving optical consistency. Ideal for mixed-model or high-output production lines.
The Contest MP delivers wavefront and power mapping for all lens types monofocal, toric, multifocal, including pre-hydrated or custom designs. It achieves power accuracy down to ±0.5% and cylinder accuracy around ±0.03D, meeting ISO-18369-3 standards and regulatory pass/fail criteria (GO / NO GO).
Contest MP uses automatic alignment and standardized scanning protocols, eliminating manual centering. Each lens is tagged with a timestamp and digital signature, enabling full traceability. This method assures consistent measurements across shifts, lines, and operators with minimal variability and minimal recalibration.
By reducing cycle time to roughly 4 seconds per lens, eliminating manual centering, and supporting flexible batch loading, Contest MP significantly reduces inspection bottlenecks. This streamlines final QA, increases line uptime, lowers labor costs, and boosts overall process yield.
